You agree to provide accurate information, including but not limited to your business details, budget, and advertising goals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All fees for Bid Blitz LLC’s services are due in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software used in the delivery of Bid Blitz LLC’s services, are the intellectual property of Bid Blitz LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the materials solely for your own business purposes.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged in the course of the service relationship. This includes but is not limited to campaign strategies, customer data, and proprietary business information.
Bid Blitz LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the fees paid by you for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, where Bid Blitz LLC is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Bid Blitz LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the modified terms.
